Flashing Cement — Wet and Dry Surface T-125
Thiroco T125 is a new generation of plastic cement for dry and wet surfaces that meets the requirements of professionals and contractors. This product is used primarily to seal cracks, holes and to repair deteriorated areas on foundations, asphalt roofs, shingle flashings, vents and chimneys. The consistency of this product is designed to facilitate trowel application. It is a durable product with excellent adhesion and good resistance to weather and temperature variations. It forms a tough, flexible and waterproof coating once dry.

Surface Preparation
Surfaces must be clean and free of dust, dirt or other contaminants.
Application
Do not apply if rain is expected. During colder periods, keep the product in a temperate place to facilitate its application. Apply the product in an even layer about 3mm (1/8in) thick. To seal joints and cracks, press tightly to seal all gaps. To repair a larger crack, apply the Thiroco T-125 to cover the damaged surface then place a reinforcement membrane and then apply another coat of Thiroco T-125 over the entire patch. Close the container after each use.
Drying
Allow about 4h for surface drying and 48h for complete drying. The drying time depends on the application method, the ambient temperature, the surface and the thickness applied.
Restriction / Caution
Keep out of the reach of children. If the product is applied near a ventilation or air conditioning unit, take the necessary precautions to prevent infiltration of solvent odors toward the inside. Keep open container or freshly applied product away from open flames, sparks or other sources of heat. For outdoor use only.

10 years limited warranty when installed and / or applied as recommended by the manufacturer. We will replace the product with a manufacturing defect. Under no circumstances will the manufacturer be liable for any amount exceeding the purchase price of the product used. The consumer must ensure that this product is suitable for the intended use. Because of atmospheric conditions, applicator competence and surface conditions being independent of the manufacturer’s control, we limit our liability for one year following the date of purchase, with proof of purchase, to replacement of defective material only in its original hermetic container.
